Baylor Credit | RASC is a private company registered in Kenya to
offer financial consultancy services, corporate training, consultancy in microfinance,
credit and debt management. In offering financial consultancy services the company
provides short term loans to Micro and Small and Medium sized Enterprises (MSMEs) in
Kenya. Baylor Credit | RASC was first registered on 2nd March, 2023 as a sole
proprietorship business before it was formally incorporated as a private limited company
on 22nd July 2023.
The company, in offering credit, focuses more on the largely neglected economically
active population in the society which lack well established business structures which
major microfinance and bank major on. We set our products and services near where
these Kenyans are, where they are doing their businesses.
Our branches are situated in the very
common shopping centres just as one of
the ordinary shops around.
The aim is to ensure our products are as
near the targeted market as possible. Our
staff also live among the very customers
they serve, interacting with them on and
off business set-ups so as to understand
what the market really needs and
consequently, advise the management in
that logic so as to customize our services
to suit those particular needs.
Baylor Credit | RASC is not to have big
presence in the major cities and towns
where there are very many providers of these services. As it has been noted above,
we are targeting microbusinesses, in micro
towns/centres and thus we set our offices
in those areas.

Wangithi is a business development expert with over 17 years' experience in credit, microfinance, banking, MSME mentorship and training. I have outstanding skills and valuable work experience in debt collection and management, financial products and services development, credit risk management, corporate governance, ethical leadership, people management, strategic planning, designing and formulating credit policies and procedures, business fundraising and change management. I offer a wealth of experience in financial inclusion, value-based team leadership, strong business acumen, good corporate governance, agility in change management and a commitment to attain institutional objectives. I am passionate about transformational solutions for the marginalized and the empowerment of the people at the bottom of the pyramid.
